Abstract

This study analyzes three variables, namely performance expectations, business expectations and price values that affect the dependent variable, namely the interest in using the GO-JEK application. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely: performance expectations, business expectations and price values on the dependent variable, namely interest in using the GO-JEK application. In this study, the object taken is the GO-JEK application user in Surakarta. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and data analysis, a regression equation is generated: Y = 0,443 + 0,303 X1 + 0,385 X2 + 0,293 X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between performance expectations on interest in using the GO-JEK application (t value 4.235 > t table 1.985), The results of multiple linear regression equations indicate that there is a positive effect and significant between business expectations on interest in using the GO- JEK application (t value = 5.112 > t table = 1.985). The results of multiple linear regression equations indicate that there is a positive effect and significant between price values on interest in using the GO-JEK application (t value = 4.104 > t table = 1.985), the coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R square value of 0.555, thus 55.5% of GO-JEK application users in Surakarta are explained by these 3 variables, while the remaining 44.5% are social factors, motivation hedonism and others are the influence of other variables that are not included in this study.
