Abstract
The cement pump on a supply ship is an auxiliary aircraft which is vital in unloading cement. In the process of transferring cement to the rig in order to avoid mistakes in the transfer process it is better to know in advance about the procedure for operating the cement transfer according to the manual book on the ship. The procedure for operating a cement pump is very important. Operate is not just running, moving, but also responsible for the running of the cement pump. Because of its important role, care needs to be taken to protect the engine and avoid damage to both components and other equipment associated with the cement pump machine. Maintenance and repair of cement pump pressurizing machines treat pipes used for the flow of liquid from the cement pump to the rig that requires cement transfer so that there is no damage when running or operating the cement pump Key Word : Maintenance, Operation, Cement Pump
