Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after making a comparison between what he received and what he expected. When what is obtained by consumers is in accordance with their expectations, of course consumers will feel satisfied. Motor Vehicle Testing is a series of activities to test, inspect parts including components of motorized vehicles, trailers, and patch trains in the context of compliance with technical requirements and roadworthiness. This study aims to determine and analyze how far the positive and significant influence between the vehicle safety variables tested, information systems, and service facilities on consumer satisfaction variables. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling. The selected sample is systematic sampling and incidental sampling. The type of data used is quantitative data, and it is converted into a Likert scale. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result of filling out the questionnaire that has been obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Secondary data obtained from journals and books. The number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, observation, literature study, and documentation. This research was conducted with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on this research, it is proven through multiple linear regression analysis with the result that the value of Y = 1.058 + 0.187X1 + 0.461X2 + 0.266X3 + . While the results of the T test value are the vehicle safety variable tested by KIR (X1) which has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, where the t value is 2,632 > t table 1,984, with a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. The Information System Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, where the value of t count is 3,079 > t table 1,984, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Service Facility Variable (X3) also has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction having a t-count value of 2.306 > t- table of 1.984, with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables of Vehicle Safety in the KIR Test, Information Systems variables, Service Facilities variables, on the dependent variable of Consumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Vehicle safety in the test, information systems, service facilities, and customer satisfaction.
