Abstract

In responding to transportation needs, satisfaction is the basis that can influence consumer choices to choose various types of services that are currently developing. In an era of rapid development and population growth, people tend to choose fast and affordable transportation. The community will demand better service quality, price perseption, comfort, and facilities according to their needs, so that service users are more careful in choosing everything that can be used as needed. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is a partial effect of service quality, perception of price, convenience, and facilities on the satisfaction of BRT Trans Jateng service users. Y = 1.676 + 0.229.X1 + 0.291.X2 + 0.187.X3 + 0.212.X4 + The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a partial positive and significant influence between service quality on service user satisfaction, namely t count (2.805) > t table (1.9853), and between price perceptions and service user satisfaction, namely t count ( 3,372) > t table (1,9853), and between convenience and service user satisfaction, namely t count (2,992) > t table (1,9853) and between facilities and traffic congestion, namely t count (3,010) > t table (1 ,9853). With the existence of a significant influence partially, it means that the better the quality of service, perception of prices, comfort and facilities, the satisfaction of service users will increase. While other factors that influence the satisfaction of service users contribute 47.1%. The conclusion from the above discussion is that service quality has a significant effect on service user satisfaction, price perception has a significant effect on service user satisfaction, convenience has a significant effect on service user satisfaction, and facilities have a significant effect on service user satisfaction.
