Abstract
This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The population in this study were passengers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Billiton Airport with a total passenger population of 51,325 passengers per 2019. The data collection method used a questionnaire and used a Likert scale to measure the research variables. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the help of the IBM V.16 SPSS program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, an equation is generated Y = 0.473 + 0.281X1 + 0.449X2 + 0.340X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the variable with the most service quality is 0.281, meaning that if other independent variables have a fixed value and the quality of service has increased by one unit, then the passenger satisfaction variable is 0.281 units, then the customer value is 0.449, the independent variable is the value. fixed and Customer Value has increased one-unit, then the Passenger Satisfaction variable has increased by 0.449 units, then Passenger Interest is 0.340 which means that the other independent variables are fixed and Passenger Interest has increased by one unit, then the Passenger Satisfaction variable has increased by 0.340 units. Dominant research has an effect on determining the percentage change in the dependent variable Passenger Satisfaction caused by the independent variable, the coefficient of determination R (Adjusted R square) of 0.559. This means that the variables of Service Quality, Customer Value, Passenger Interest have a contribution of 55.9% in influencing passenger satisfaction. Meanwhile, other factors that affect Passenger Satisfaction are (100% - 55.9%) = 44.1% such as Service Quality, Customer Value, Passenger Interest in choosing air transportation modes at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Airport Billiton.
