Abstract

Job Satisfaction KSOP I Semarang has a very big influence on employees to be able to improve the quality of work in completing the work, which Job satisfaction is influenced by factors such as Work Discipline, Leadership Style, and Performance Allowance.Based on the results of the regression may be made of linear equations: Y = 0,746 + 0,231 X1 + 0,376 X2 + 0,327 X3 + µ The regression coefficient of variable Work Discipline of 0,231 means is a positive and significant effect partially on Job Satisfaction.The regression coefficient of variable Leadership Style of 0,376 means is a positive and significant effect partially on Customer Satisfaction. The regression coefficient of variable Performance Allowance of 0,327 meansis a positive and significant effect partially on Customer Satisfaction.Coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square value which shows the number of 0,60,4. These results indicate thatWork Discipline, Leadership Style, and Performance Allowanceare able to explain theJob satisfactionKSOP 1 Semarang the remuneration of 60,4%, while for rest(100% - 60,4% = 39,6%),present of other out variable of research.
