Abstract

The duties of the shipping company, PT. Putra Segara Abadi Pontianak Branch, which takes care of Clearance In/Out ships with the Inaportnet System at the Pontianak Dwikora port. The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the handling of Clearance In/Out ships with the inaportnet system at the Dwikora port of Pontianak and to find out the relevant agencies in ship agency operations at the Dwikora port of Pontianak. The method used for data collection is the method of observation or observation, interviews or interviews, literature study and documentation. So that the results obtained that the clearance process using the inaportnet system is very helpful in the handling process carried out by shipping companies so that it can run smoothly and well so as not to hinder the clearance process, during the Clearance in / out process there are several agencies involved in the agencies in Pontianak Dwikora Port include the Port Authority Office and Class II Port Authority Pontianak Branch, PT. Indonesian Port II Pontianak, Pontianak Class II Port Health Office. The results of the study can be concluded that the company is engaged in service agency services where this company helps provide ship arrival and departure services during loading and unloading activities at the port terminal.
