Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of users of Trans Sarba Gita Bus services in Bali Province to find out what causes the increase in using Trans Sarba Gita Buses in Bali Province. In this case, the research is directed to analyze the accessibility, timeliness, and comfort of the users of the Trans Sarba Gita Privinsi Bali Bus services. In this research, the aim is to find out how far the accessibility, timeliness, and comfort of the users of the Trans Sarba Gita Bus service are. Formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely accessibility, timeliness, comfort on the level of service users. Data sources include primary and secondary. The sample in this study amounted to 100 passenger respondents through non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression with the result Y = 1.015 + 0.394.X1 + 0.316.X2 + 0.356.X3 + . From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables, namely accessibility of 0.394 (X1), timeliness of 0.316 (X2), and comfort of 0.356 (X3) which were studied proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable is the level of service users (Y) with the accessibility variable having the highest influence on the other variables in influencing the level of service users.In the coefficient of determination test (R square) the Adjust R Square value is 0.574, meaning that 57.4% of the variation in the dependent variable is the user level factor. services can be explained by the independent variables of accessibility, timeliness, and convenience, while the remaining 42.6% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied.
