Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang as sample. Data collection is done through Employee Engagemnt, Locus of Control, and Role Stress. The analysis technique used is Muliple Linier Regression with the help of SPSS V. 23 progam. Besed on the results of research and multiple analysis genereted equation: Y = 1,824 + 0,245 X1 + 0,269 X2 + 0,390 X3 + μ Indicates thats, based on emprical facts (results of questionnaire filling) and multiple linier regression results indicate tha Employee Engagment (XI) has tcount 2,785 and ttable is 1,98498 then, H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Locus of Control (X2) has tcount 3,388 and ttable is 1,98498 then, H0 is refused and Ha accepted. Role Stress (X3) has a tcount 4,484 dan ttable of 1,98498 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results of reserch indicated Employee Engagment, Locus of Control, and Role Stress impact on Intention Turnover at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang.
