Abstract

Shipper's decision is influenced by several factors including service quality, brand awareness, and customer value. Of the three, have an influence on the shipper's decision with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of service quality, brand awareness, customer value on shipper decisions at Jasco Logistics Semarang. In this study, the research population is the shipper with a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consist of: The independent variable is the influence of service quality (X.1), brand awareness (X.2), and customer value (X.3) and the dependent variable is the shipper's decision (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.22 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.637 + 0.115X1 + 0.585X2 + 0.256X3 + . Shows that, based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and multiple linear regression results show that the service quality variable (X1) has a t count of 2.414 and a t table of 1.983 then H1 is accepted and significant, brand awareness (X2) has a t count of 5.975 and t table of 1.983 then H2 is accepted and significant, customer value has t count of 2.641 and t table of 1.983 then H3 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination test (R Square) the Adjust R square value of 0.749 means that 74.9% of the variation in the dependent variable of shipper decision factors can be explained by the independent variables of service quality, brand awareness, and customer value. While the remaining 25.1% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied or can be called "miu". Keywords: Shipper's Decision, Service Quality, Brand Awareness, and Customer Value
