Abstract

The impact of the current COVID-19 pandemic has really hit public transportation modes in the city of Semarang. This condition has triggered a decline in the economy in all sectors, including the demand for transportation. Not only that, there is still a sense of fear among the public to use public transportation modes for health reasons, making the public's interest in using public transportation less and less. Large-scale social restrictions and now restrictions on micro-scale community activities have made fewer and fewer people willing to use public transportation modes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the factors of service quality, health protocols, and experience affect consumer satisfaction of BRT feeder bus users in the city of Semarang. The technique used is the sample method used is accidental sampling. Because in this technique anyone from the representative population that the researcher encounters by chance can be used as the object of the study. as many as 100 samples. Questionnaire data processing is assisted by statistical software SPSS version 16. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical testing using multiple linear regression, the following regression model was obtained Y= 2.570 + 0.2221 X+ 0.129 X2 + 0.130 X3 + From the results of the analysis it can be seen that the variables of service quality (X1), health protocol (X2) and experience users (X3) as a whole have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y) for BRT feeder bus users in Semarang City. And the service quality variable has the highest influence compared to other variables. From the model, it is found that all independent variables have an influence of 88.9% and the remaining 26.5% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.
