Abstract
This research is motivated by the development of the world of transportation and the sophistication of technology which causes people to tend to choose fast and affordable transportation. Realizing the role of land transportation, especially services on buses, must be balanced with the level of need and the availability of friendly, safe, fast, smooth, orderly, regular, comfortable, safe and efficient transportation services. This is also done by PO. Gunung Harta as a transportation service provider. This study aims to determine whether the comfort, trustworthiness, and punctuality of travel time can influence the decision of service users in using PO bus transportation services. Gunung Harta Tulungagung-Bali route. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with an insidential sample technique. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of the research by testing the t-test hypothesis partially show that comfort, trust, and timeliness of travel have a positive and significant effect on community decisions. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.533+ 0.223 X1 + 0.460 X2 + 0.245 X3 + µ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a partially positive influence between convenience on service user decisions (t count = 2.580> t table 1.98498), trust in service user decisions (t count = 4.047> t table = 1.98498) , the timeliness of travel to the service user's decision (t count = 2.597> table = 1.98498).
