Abstract
Pandanaran Highway in Boyolali Regency is a busy road with road users including motorists and drivers, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled or more, so that the General Ahmad Yani road is the main road that connects to the city or vice versa. The number of motorists and drivers who choose to pass through Pandanaran Highway in Boyolali Regency causes, among others, the condition of the asphalt road that is easily damaged such as potholes or bumps, but some road conditions that are considered badly damaged have been repaired by the bina marga of Boyolali Regency but some are still hollow and bumpy, and frequent occurrence of Safety and increasing the rate of traffic accidents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the driver's character, road conditions, human factors, and traffic compliance on the safety of motorcyclists on Pandanaran Highway in Boyolali Regency. The technique used is non- probability sampling with a sampling technique using incidental sampling of 100 samples. Questionnaire data processing is assisted by statistical software SPSS version 20. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical testing using multiple linear regression, the following regression model was obtained Y= - 0.416 + 0.769 X1 - 0.091 X2 + 0.133 X3 + 0.183 X4 +. From the results of the analysis using thestatistical application, it was SPSS V.20 found that the overall independent variables were the character of the rider (X1), road conditions (X2), human factors (X3), and traffic compliance (X4) on the safety of motorcyclists on Pandanaran Highway in Kabupaten Pandanaran. Boyolali influential and significant partially or simultaneously. From the model, it is found that all independent variables have an influence of 89.5% and the remaining 10.5% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.
