Abstract
This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factor pilotage, a means of help shipping navigation, and responsibility of port authority to of shipping safety (case study on the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang). The study is done at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang in the sample. The data collection done was done through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentation and the questionnaire. Technique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assistance SPSS V.22. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation worship of idols: Y = 1,315 + 0,345 X1 + 0,377 X2 + 0,401 X3 + μ Shows that, based on fact the results of empirical (filling out the questionnaire) and the results of linear regression multiple shows that the variable pilotage (X1) has tcount of 2,401 and ttable 1,99656 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable a means of help shipping navigation (X2) has tcount of 5,036 and ttable 1,99656 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable responsibility of port authority (X3) has tcount of 2,417 and ttable 1,99656 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. This the research result show pilotage, a means of help shipping navigation, and responsibility of port authority it has some positive impact and significantly to shipping safety in Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang.
