Abstract

In this study has a purpose to know the analysis of factors that affect employee performance at the Department of Transportation Mojokerto City. In this study the object taken is an employee at the Department of Transportation Mojokerto City. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 46 respondents of Mojokerto City Transportation Department employees. Data collection was done by observation method, Library Study, Interview, Documentation, and Questionnaire. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique with first tested through questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and test of classical assumption (normality, heterokedastisitas, multikolinearitas and autokorelasi). Results of analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.23 program obtained multiple linear regression equation : Y = 1,756 + 0,118.X1 + 0,533.X2 + 0,311.X3 + µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that Job Motivation Variable (X1) has t count of 1.144 and ttable of 2.01808 then, H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Variable Work discipline (X2) has t count of 4.619 and ttable of 2.01808 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Variable Work environment (X3) has t count of 2.881 and ttable of 2.01808 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance.
