Abstract
The main discussion in full works is to explain the loading and unloading process of heavy vehicles at KM. Mutiara Barat PT. Atosim Lampung Pelayaran Branch Semarang. The results of observations made at Tanjung Emas Port in Semarang, the authors concluded that the process of loading and loading heavy vehicles with systems from wharves to ships is in accordance with the provisions in force at PT. Atosim Lampung Pelayaran Semarang branch. But in observations, the authors found several obstacles that are related to technicalities in the field such as weather factors, equipment damage and discrepancies between realization in the field and the results of planning meetings. The suggestions given by the authors are that the Port will optimize its facilities so that all loading and unloading activities can run smoothly.
