Abstract

In this study has a purpose to know the analysis of factors that affect employee performance at the Department of Transportation Sragen regency. In this study the object taken is an employee at the Department of Transportation Sragen regency. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The samples in this research are 90 respondents of employees of Transportation Department of Sragen Regency. Data collection is done by observation method, Library Study, Interview, Documentation, and Questionnaire. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique by first tested through questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and test of classical assumption (normality, heterokedastisitas, multikolinearitas and autokorelasi). Results of analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.21 program obtained multiple linear regression equation: Y = 0,207 + 0,260.X1 + 0,283.X2 + 0,343.X3 + µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that Work climate variable (X1) has t count equal to 2,731> t table 1,66277 then, H0 refused and Ha accepted. Leadership Style Variable (X2) has t arithmetic of 2.608> t table 1.66277 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Affective Commitment Variable (X3) has t count equal to 3,381> t table 1,66277 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted.
