Abstract
Indonesia is an archipelagic country that cannot be separated from transportation infrastructure, namely ports. In the port environment, there are many activities that support the function and role of the port, including loading and unloading work activities. Loading and unloading activities with high operations cause various risks to the health and safety of the workforce. To reduce the risk of work accidents, things that can be done by loading and unloading workers (TKBM) at Mirah Terminal PT. Pelindo III Surabaya is to understand the importance of dwelling time, the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance and technology. In this study as many as 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the type of sampling that is saturated sampling. The method of analysis in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results of the hypothesis test show that the variables of Dwelling Time, Effectiveness of Loading and Unloading Performance, and Technology have a positive and partially significant effect on Port Revenue at Mirah Terminal PT. Pelindo III Surabaya. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 1.135 + 0.215X1 + 0.232X2 + 0.436X3+µ. From the equation, it is known that the dominant variable affecting Port Revenue is the Technology variable with a regression coefficient of 0.436. The R2 (R square) test obtained results of 0.756 (75.6%) which means Port Revenue at Mirah Terminal PT. Pelindo III Surabaya is influenced by variables Dwelling Time, Effectiveness of Loading and Unloading Performance, and Technology which is 75.6% and other factors that affect Port Revenues are 24.4%.
