Abstract
The role of PT. PELNI KM.KALIMUTU crew ship on the passangers’ safety and comfortability Ship is one of the most affordable means of transportation for all Indonesian acroos island. The government republic of Indonesia had provide ship PT. PELNI. PT. PELNI is organized BUMN that prioritizes passangers’ safety and comfortability. The purpose of this study is to know the role of PT. PELNI crew ship on the passangers’ safety and comfortability. Methods of data collection used field research methods that use abservation and interview techniques and literature study methods. The result of this study is role of PT. PELNI crew ship on the passangers’ safety and comfortability is very good, friendly and discipline PT. PELNI to passangers made passangers comfortable when boarded on board of PT. PELNI. Passanger safety and comfortability is the main objective of PT. PELNI. Keywords: safety, comfort, crew ship, passanger, and PT.PELNI.
