Abstract

This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factors work experiences, satisfaction work and motivation work of the performance of employees terminal container Semarang. The study is done at container terminal semarang in the sample. The data collection done was done through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentation and the questionnaire. Technique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assistance SPSS V.22. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation worship of idols: Y = 1,365 + 0,240 X1 + 0,221 X2 + 0,611 X3 + μ Shows that, based on fact the results of empirical (filling out the questionnaire) and the results of linear regression multiple shows that the variable work experiences (X1) has tcount of 2,897 and ttable 1,9956 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable a satisfaction work (X2) has tcount of 2,767 and ttable 1,9956 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable a motivation work (X3) has tcount of 7,891 and ttable 1,9956 then as much as, H0 were rejected and Ha accepted As a result research shows work experiences , satisfaction work and motivation work have had a positive impact and significant impact on of employee performance container terminal Semarang.
