Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of tariff variable (X1), service quality (X2), and trust (X3), to consumer satisfaction variable (Y). This research is a survey research by making consumers and Cooperative Taxi driver Semarang as objak research. How to determine the sample used in this study using Purposive sampling sampling technique is the determination of samples by chance. This research uses multiple linear regression method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22 program. The result of regression analysis and t-test shows that the tariff variable (X1) has positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) (tt2.22> ttable 1.98498), service quality (X2) has positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) (tt 3.113> ttabel 1.98498) Trust (X3) have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) (tcount 4.767> ttabel 1.98498). Result of coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.533) mean equal to 53,3%, coefficient of tariff variable, service quality, and trust influence to consumer satisfaction with value equal to 53,3% while the rest (100% - 53,3% = 46,7% ) Is influenced by other variables outside the research or outside the model of regression equation.
