Abstract
In this study analyze research variable workplace, personal protective equipment (PPE) Variable, worker behavior variable of the health and safety of the work. The formulation of the problem the purpose of the research and and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent workplace variable, personal protective equipment (PPE) Variable, worker behavior variable of the health and safety of the work. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 63 respondents who were worker of PT. Sentra Sinar Baru. The data analysis technique is multiplemlinier regression techniques and with SPSS 22.0 statistical tools,based on the results of research and data analysis resulting in the regression equation : Y= 4,565 + 0,286.X1 + 0,244.X2 + 0,195.X3+ µ The results of multiple linier regression equations show that there is a positive and significant between workplace for of the health and safety of the work (tcount 2,990 > ttabel 1,99962), personal protective equipment (PPE) for of the health and safety of the work (tcount 2,875 > t tabel1,99962), worker behavior for the health and safety of the work (tcount 2,106 > t tabel 1,99962). In the coefficient of determination test (R square) the Adjust R Square value is 0,576 meaning that 57,6% the health and safety of the work can be affected by workplace, personal protective equipment (PPE) Variable, worker behavior variable of the health and safety of the work. So, the remaining 42,4% of other variables not proposed in this study.
