Abstract
This research was conducted to find out the influence of facility variable (X1), service (X2), ticket price (X3), and satisfaction (X4), to variable of passenger loyalty (Y). This research is a survey research by making passengers and Railway Executive Argo Sindoro DAOP IV Semanrang as objak research. How to determine the sample used in this study using incidental sampling sampling technique is the determination of samples by chance. This research uses multiple linear regression method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22 program. The result of regression analysis and t test show that facility variable (X1) has positive effect to passenger loyalty (Y) (t count 2,876> ttabel 1,98525), service (X2) have positive influence to passenger loyalty (y) (t count 2.065> ttable 1, 98525), ticket price (X3) has a positive effect on passenger loyalty (Y) (tt4 4,310> ttable 1,98525), satisfaction (X4) has positive effect on passenger loyalty (Y) (t count 4.310 > t table 1.98525). Result of coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.524) mean equal to 52,4%, coefficient of facility variable, service, ticket price, and satisfaction influence to passenger loyality with value equal to 52,4% while the rest (100% - 52,4% = 47, 6%) influenced by other variables outside the research or outside the model of regression equation.
