Abstract

This research has purpose to know Analysis of the influence of work motivation, leadership, and culture organizational on employee performance on Dishub Banjarnegara. This research was conducted on employees of Dishub Banjarnegara as a sample. Data collection is done through Observation method, Library, Study Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire Analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regresssion with the help of SPSS V. 22 Aplication program. Bassed on the result of multiple research and analysis generated equation : Y = 0,396 + 0,236 X1 + 0,117 X2 + 0,581 X3 + µ Indicate that, bassed on empiricl facts (result of questionnaire filling) and multiple linear regression result indicate that work motivation variable (X1) has to count of 2,531 and t table 0f 1,988 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Variable leadership (X2) has t count of 2,264 and t table of 1,988 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Culture organizational Variabel (X3) has t count of 5,446 and t table of 1,988 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the result showed that the work motivation, leadeship and culture organizational have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Dishub Banjarnegara.
