Abstract

Human resources is one very important factor that can not even be separated from an organization, both agencies and companies. Human resources is also the key that determines the developmentof the company. In essence human resource in the form of human being employed in an organization as a driver of thinkes and planners to achieve organizational goals. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of the research and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze whether there is a positive influence either partially or individually independent variables Job Satisfaction Compensation, Organizational support to the dependent variable that is Employee Engagement. In this study, the objects 146 Employee PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia Semarang. The sample in this research is 107 respondents. Data analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression Technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis generated equation: Y = Y = 3,092 + 0,523.X1 + 0,238.X2 + 0,227.X3 + µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant job satisfaction on employee engagement that is t arithmetic (7,317)> t table (1,98326), and between compensation to employee engagement that is t arithmetic 2,668)> t table (1,98326), and between organizational support to employee engagemnt that is t count (2,602)> t table (1,98326). Given the significant influence persen means that the better job satisfaction, compensation and oragnizational support will increase employee engagement. While other factors that influence the employee engagement contribute 47.5%. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Organizational support, Employee Engagement
