Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world, as the largest archipelagic country Indonesia requires a broad and well-developed maritime sector so that it can help the country to achieve its economic, social and political goals. International and national shipping currently tend to distribute goods using containers from one area to the destination because it has a fast and efficient level of service as well as good goods security guarantees. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Semarang Container Terminal provides international and national loading and unloading and stacking services. This paper is made with the aim that readers can understand the Gate In and Gate Out procedures in Domestic Container Yards, in this case the author uses the observation method or observations are used to explore how Gate In and Gate Out procedures are in Domestic Container Yards, using this method. then the existing problems can be resolved by the author, the authors obtain the results that the Gate In and Gate Out procedures at the Domestic Yead Cointainer use the Billing System application so as to facilitate the process of entering and leaving goods or Containers in the Domestic Container Yard.
