Abstract
Along with the development of modern technology supported by social media, information can spread widely and encourage business activities in various fields. This makes business actors spread their wings. Business actors take advantage of social media as a means of promoting their business, plus modern human nature is infected by the disease of hedonism who is never satisfied with material needs. Collecting data by distributing a list of questions to respondents. Respondents in this study were users of the Grab online transportation service in the city of Batam to obtain qualitative data which would be converted into quantitative data. To measure the independent and dependent variables, a Likert scale (Likert scale) yaitun is used by confronting a respondent with a question (empirical indicator) and then asked to provide an answer: strongly agree, agree, quite agree, disagree, strongly disagree, respectively. - each answer is given a score of 1 to 5. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely: legal protection, services, prices, facilities, and consumer satisfaction on the dependent variable, namely the selection of modes with the results: Y = 2,552 + 0,189 X1 + 0,212 X2 + 0,233 X3 + 0,202 X4 + µ . and based on the coefficient of determination it can be concluded that the variables of legal protection, service, price, and facilities together have a strong influence on consumer satisfaction of 73.9% Keywords: Legal protection, service, price and consumer satisfaction
