Abstract

Trans Jateng The Borobudur-Kutoarjo route, began operating when the COVID-19, pandemic further added to the low load factor of Trans Jateng which resulted in a higher BOK. Even though the load factor is low, the existence of Trans Jateng continues to be a commitment of The Government. This study aims to obtain transportation performance and determine the extent of the influence of the variables of security, safety, comfort, affordability, equality, and regularity on service user satisfaction and reality of the Trans Jateng service as a recommendation to improve Trans Jateng service on Borobudur-Kutoarjo route. Performance measurement is done by direct measurement survey method in the field. The measurement parameters are load factor, headway, passenger waiting time, travel speed, and frequency. While the measurement of user perception is done by using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The survey was conducted on holidays and weekdays. The results of the study obtained load factor= 21,61%; headway=16,7 minutes; passenger waiting time= 8,35 minutes, travel speed= 32,97 km/hour and vehicle frequency 4,7 vehicles/hour. The results of multiple linear regression analysis Y=2,71-0,272X1+0,322X2+0,11X3+0,302X4+0,277X5+0,169X6 +μ and the simultaneous test (F) significance value of 0,00, shows the independent variable has a significant effect on a dependent variable. Meanwhile, from the results of IPA analysis, it's known that there is a GAP= -0,52 which means that the performance of Trans Jateng has not met the expectations of service users.
