Abstract

The freight forwarder business in Indonesia is currently growing. Many entrepreneurs are starting to take the business seriously because the turnover or income (profit) that will be generated is quite large. However, the current reality is that many companies are engaged in the freight forwarder sector, so the competition is getting tougher. This problem caused PT Panah Perdana Logisindo to experience a significant decrease in sales profit. This study uses data collection methods in the form of observations carried out directly in the field, literature study, documentation and questionnaire methods. In this study, the author uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis, where the statistics found in the study are described or described as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which are then interpreted in a description. It shows that, based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the Trust variable (X1) has a positive influence on service user loyalty, where the value of tcount is 2,386 > ttable 1,984. The service quality variable (X2) has a positive influence on the loyalty of service users where the value of tcount is 3.118 > ttable is 1.984. Facility variable (X3) also has a positive influence on service user loyalty, having a tcount of 2,729 > ttable of 1,984. Thus the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Trust, Service Quality, Facilities on Service User Loyalty.
