Abstract
KMP E-Ticketing Order Information System. Agung Samudra by PT. Pelayaran Agung Samudra IX which was built is used to facilitate ticket sales to find out information about the ship schedule desired by prospective passengers without having to come directly to the place, as well as a means to improve employee performance so that the ticket ordering process can be computerized and can be accessed online. The design of the ticket booking information system is carried out to facilitate employees so that they can serve prospective passengers appropriately and optimally, and can provide information about ship departure schedules. Based on data collection carried out during Land Practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely, Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results of the discussion can be concluded that the ship's E- Ticketing service kmp. Agung Samudera by PT. Pelayaran Agung Samudra can facilitate ticket sales to buyers without the need to spend a lot of time, it can also improve employee performance to be effective and efficient.
