Abstract

In this study three research variables were analyzed service quality, rate, and facilities as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely decision to use services Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely service quality, rate, and facilities on the dependent variable, namely decision to use services Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang, the object taken the user transport of Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang corridor I Mangkang-Penggaron. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The samples in this study were 100 respondents who are user services transport of Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang corridor I Mangkang- Penggaron. Data analysis technique is a technique of linear regression and SPSS statistical tools 2 5 .0, based on the results of research and data analysis produced a regression equation: Y = 0,898 + 0,141X1 + 0,325X2 + 0,410X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between service quality on decision to use service (t count = 3,330 > t table = 1,98498), rate on decision to use service (t count = 3,160 > t table = 1,198498), facilities on decision to use service (t count = 3,906 > t table = 1,98498) while the coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R square value of 0,486 thus 48,6% in influencing decision to use service, while the rest 51,4% (100 % - 48,6% ) is explained by other reasons outside the model.
