Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of corporate image, flight fares and service quality on passenger satisfaction on Lion Air Belitung airline. Data was collected through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.20 program. Results Based on research and multiple analysis the resulting equation: Y = 0.100 +0.204X1+0.230X2+0.319X3+µ Where the variables Passenger (Y), Company Image (X1), Flight Fares (X2) and Service Quality (X3) used in the t-test indicate that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.627 indicates that 62.7 percent of the passenger satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 37.3 percent is explained by other variables outside the third variable used in this study. Keywords: Corporate Image, Airfare, Service Quality and Passengers
