Abstract

Shipper decisions are influenced by several factors such as Service Quality, Customer Quality, Experiential Marketing, Brand Awareness. Of the four variables have an important role in maintaining shipper decisions. The sample in this study are 100 respondents who are shipper in PT. Jasco Logistics Semarang. The technique used is non-probability sampling technique by using Incidental Sampling. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence between independent variable to dependent variable. Service Quality to the decision of shipper (t count 3.372> t arithmetic table 1.98525) Experiential Marketing on shipper decision (t count 2,992> t table 1.98525) Brand awareness of shipper decision (t count 3.010> t table 1.98525) Customer Value against shipper decision T arithmetic 2.805> t table 1.98525). While the Decision Shipper (F count 28,752> F table 2.46). Thus the results showed the variables Service Quality, Experiential Marketing, Brand Awareness and Customer Value positively affect the shipper decision.
