Abstract
PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) TBK is a state-owned corporation, majoring in cement industry, which produces and distributes cement. The distribution of cement is done as a demand of the distributor, that has role as a warehouse. While distributing, some problems happen are the redundancy of demand recording, the lack of stock in meeting the demand, and no confirmation of cement acceptance when it has been accepted by the distributor. Those problems may cause the distribution of cement hampered. The data analysis is using Regression model. the result is transportation, Informasi sharing, and inventory have impact on supply chain managemen with ammount 61.3 % while the rest 38.7 % influenced other variables outside the study. Y = 0.916 + 0.191 X1 + 0.493 X2 + 0.303 X3+ . show that, based on fact eprical (in filling out of the questionnaires and the results of linier regression multiple show that the variabel Transportation (X1) a thitung of 2.286 and ttabel 2.00324 so, H0 were rejected and Ha were accepted, variable Informasi Sharing (X2) a thitung of 4.690 and ttabel 2.00324 so, H0 were rejected and Ha were acceptep, variabel Inventory (X3) a thitung of 2.881 and ttabel 2.00324 so, H0 were rejected and Ha were accepted.
