Abstract
Bus Trans Semarang is an integrated highway bus transportation sytem in Central Java that operates in the city of Semarang. Problem formulation , research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely vehicle condition, vehicle maintenance and facilities on the dependent variable, namely feasibility. In this study, the object taken was the bus driver of the Trans semarang. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample of this research is 100 respondents who are the bus drivers of Trans semarang. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Y = -2,493 + 0,305X1 + 0,258X2 + 0,226X3 + µ The results of the multiple regression study indicate that there is a partial positive effect of the vehicle condition factor on the feasibility (tcount 3.142> ttable 1.98498), the vehicle maintenance factor on the feasibility (tcount 2,076 > ttable 1,98498), the facility factor on the feasibility (tcount 2,766 > ttable 1,98498). From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the feasibility is the vehicle condition factor with a regression coefficient of 3.142 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square = 0.508) means 50.8% while the rest (100%-50.8%) = 49.2%) influenced by other variables outside the study or outside the regression equation model. Keywords: Feasibility, Vehicle Condition, Vehicle and Facility Maintenance
