Abstract
The times are marked by the development of technology and information to facilitate the process of human needs. Transportation can affect all aspects of social life as well as being an important and strategic development tool in facilitating the wheels of the economy. Damri, as one of the government-owned armies, is well known to the public because it is cheap and has many major routes, especially in the city. This study aims to determine the analysis of passenger perceptions of the level of service of the Damri bus, a case study of the Yogyakarta Damri bus on the Palbapang - Malioboro route. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample collection technique used incidental sampling totaling 87 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.25. The results showed that reliability had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction obtained t count (2.056) > t table (1.98932), responsiveness had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction obtained t count (2.339) > t table (1.98932), assurance has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction obtained t count (3.493) > t table (1.98932), empathy has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction obtained t count (2.572) > t table (1.98932), evidence physical has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, it is obtained that t count (2.855) > t table (1.98932), then H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 are accepted. .
