Abstract
The development of the times affects the means of transportation in Indonesia. Transportation can affect all aspects of social life as well as being an important and strategic development tool in facilitating the wheels of the economy. Maxim is online transportation from Russia that opened its branch in Indonesia. Maxim tried to offer several conveniences that its competitors do not have. This study aims to determine the effect of the price and quality of Maxim's online transportation service on consumer satisfaction analysis at the AMNI Maritime University of Semarang extension transportation student. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample collection technique used simple random sampling, totaling 108 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.25. The results showed that the price had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, it obtained t count (5.207) > t table (1.98304), service quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, it obtained t count (2.334) > t table (1.98304) , brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. It found that t count (3.977) > t table (1.98304), then H1, H2, H3 are accepted. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Brand Image
