Abstract

The management of fishery ports is an effort to increase the fishermen's satisfaction, the need for improved port facilities, port operations, transportation system and port services and the increase of other factors that can improve fisherman's satisfaction to improve fish catch and production value of fishing effort fish. The technique used is the technique of insidential sampling is a sample that is used suddenly or accidentally. Samples in this study are 100 respondents who are fishermen who use the services of Beach Fishery Harbor (PPP) Tegalsari Tegal City. While the data processing with statistical tools SPSS vs..23 program processed in 2017. Thus the result of the research of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is influence between independent variable that is port facility, port operation, transportation system and port service partially or individually to dependent variable that is fisherman's satisfaction, while in model accuracy test show that there is influence between independent variable namely port facilities, port operations, transportation systems, and port services simultaneously or simultaneously to the dependent variable of fishermen's satisfaction.
