Abstract
There are many possibilities that caused ship accidents. The safetyness of a voyage is a state where all the safety requirements and the security on sea transport, port, and marine environment are fulfilled. Passage plan is one of the most important factor of the safety, security, and smoothness of voyage. Passage plan become an important factor on entering narrow channels because it can identify problems or the dange. When a ship is about to enter or while passing the narrow channels. The purpose of this study is to optimalisationt the planing of passage plan for safety of shipping and anticipation of navigation hazards in voyage MV. NOAH SATU owned by PT. ANUGERAH SAMUDERA INDOMAKMUR. The date collecting method’s used ware library research and field research using observation and interview technique. The result of this study on the optimalisation the planning of passage plan for safety of shipping and anticipation of navigation hazards in voyage MV. NOAH SATU owned by PT. ANUGERAH SAMUDERA INDOMAKMUR is effective and optimal. Keywords : Optimalisation ,passage plan ,navigation hazards
