Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, then the tankers themselves undergo changes and development and renewal, especially in terms of loading and unloading equipment on board with the advancement in technology, it must be balanced with the human factor so as to operate equipments- advanced equipment properly and correctly in accordance with procedures and manuals are available. Loading and unloading equipment advanced no guarantee for timeliness in loading and unloading, so the ability of the workforce must be developed in accordance with the applicable rules in order to create keefesienan good time of loading and unloading as well as on the safety of the workers themselves. Lately frequent delays in the process of unloading the ship. Many obstacles often faced by all ships in the process of loading and unloading. Often it results in losses for both the crew as well as by the company because of the supposed loading and unloading process can be completed within 2 days, because of the disruption at the time of loading and unloading, it can be completed within 3 to 4 days, this is due to be completing such defects.
