Abstract

PROCESS OF SHIPPING OF GOODS BY PT. RIMO TRANSPORT EXPRESSINDO DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC In writing this paper, the author tries to raise the issue of “Process of Shipping of Goods by PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo During the Covid-19 Pandemic". With the aim of knowing how the process of stuffing goods by PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo during the covid-19 pandemic, what obstacles occurred in the process of shipping goods during the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo, what documents are needed in the process of shipping goods at PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo. Because one of the obstacles that occurred during shipping so that the process of sending goods became late. The purpose of this study is to find out the stuffing process during the covid-19 pandemic, such as shipping instructions, packaging that can cause delays in the delivery process, as well as the documents used such as purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists needed for delivery. The data used in writing this paper is primary data. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, literature. The conclusion of this paper is that in the process of shipping goods during the COVID-19 pandemic, it must go through health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands, and using gloves, as well as the documents used according to the provisions of the shipping instructions.
