Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in a good organization organization in large and small scale. Human resources occupy the most strategic position among other resources, so the performance of human resources will affect how the overall organization performance The development of the business world will be realized if supported by qualified human resources The purpose of this study is to analyze factors - factors that affect employee performance in PT. KAI DAOP 4 Semarang. So it can be arranged for the problem. From the identification of the problem of the influence of work experience, work attachment, intrinsic motivation, and organizational culture is very influential on employee performance in PT. KAI DAOP 4 Semarang. In this study, the sample is an employee of PT. KAI DAOP 4 Semarang amounted to 100 respondents who are employees of PT. KAI DAOP 4 Semarang The variables in this study consist of: independent variable that is work experience (X1), job attachment (X2), intrinsic motivation (X3), and organizational culture (X4) and dependent variable that is employee performance (Y). Data collection method used is questionnaire method (questionnaire). Analysis result with statistical tool Product SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) Ver 22.0 obtained by multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 2,568+ 0,268 X1 + 0,226 X2 + 0,216 X3 + 0,148 X4 + . The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive influence and significance of work experience on employee performance (thitung = 3,229> ttabel = 1,9825), work attachment to employee performance (t = 2.624> ttable = 1,9853), intrinsic motivation Employee performance (thitung = 3,037> ttabel = 1,9853), organizational culture on employee performance (t count = 2,139> ttabel = 1,9853) individually and simultaneously influence of work experience, job attachment, intrinsic motivation, and organizational culture together - the same has an effect of 26.528> ftable 2.47. The influence of the four research variables is very strong with the value of determination coefficient (R2) obtained by 50.8% on employee performance and 49.2% influenced by undetectable variables in this study.
