Abstract

In the world of very tight business competition, service companies are competing to create increasingly varied products so that people are faced with many choices and the possibility of consumers to switch is getting bigger. Therefore, community decisions are very important for companies engaged in services, therefore PO. The Sinar Jaya Bus from the Tegal-Jakarta Department continues to innovate to improve services that passengers can enjoy. However, every community has a different perception, for that it is necessary to measure the level of community satisfaction related to Information Systems, Scheduling and Service Quality. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Information Systems, Scheduling and Service Quality on PO Bus Passenger Decisions. Sinar Jaya at Dukuh Salam Slawi Terminal (Tegal - Jakarta route). This research was conducted in Terminal Hamlet Salam Slawi with a sample of 100 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Analysis using SPSS V.24 which includes, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). From the analysis obtained the regression equation: Y= 6,206 + 0,492 X1 + 0,519 X2 + 0,433 X3+ u Scheduling shows the largest regression coefficient. Scheduling is the most important factor influencing the decision of passengers at Dukuh Salam Slawi Terminal to buy PO tickets. Sinar Jaya Bus. The second important factor is the Quality of Service and for Information Systems as the third factor that influences Passenger Decisions. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 or 53.1% means that the coefficient of determination model is quite good. The three independent variables in this study can explain 53.1% of the Passenger Decision variable. While the remaining 46.9% is explained by other variables outside of the three variables used in this study. Keywords : information systems, scheduling, service quality and passenger decisions
