Abstract

In carrying out the tasks of operating increasingly sophisticated and complex, complex and advanced equipment, it is a challenge that must be mastered by the crew of the ship operating it. Sophisticated loading and unloading equipment has no guarantee of safety and safety in loading and unloading, so the ability of workers must be developed in accordance with applicable regulations in order to create efficiency both during loading and unloading and on the safety of the workers themselves. . Recently, ship loading and unloading process incidents have occurred frequently. There are many obstacles faced by all ships in the loading and unloading process. Often it resulted in losses both to the crew and the company because the loading and unloading process should have been completed within 1 day, because disruptions during loading and unloading could be completed within 2 to 3 days.
