Abstract
Since the announcement of public restrictions by the central government in an effort to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Head of the Purbalingga Regency Service has temporarily closed services related to Motor Vehicle Testing (Uji Kir) at the Purbalingga Regency Transportation Service. Until finally the Purbalingga Regency Transportation Service (Dinhub) reopened the Motor Vehicle Testing (Uji Kir) service by implementing the 'new normal' protocol or adapting new habits towards a productive and safe society from Covid-19. The Head of the Purbalingga Regency Transportation Service explained that the Transportation Agency had implemented Kir Test services by limiting the number of quotas for those who wanted to take care of Kir. In addition, the Purbalingga Dinhub continues to enforce a system of health protocols, such as motorists being required to wear masks, checking body temperature before testing and sterilizing vehicles. While there are restrictions on vehicles that are served every day, the aim is to give test officers time, in addition to providing services to anticipate the spread of Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the impact of Covid-19, health protocols and facilities on the satisfaction of the service users of the Kir Department of Transportation, Purbalingga Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample collection technique used incidental sampling totaling 100 respondents. The data collection technique used SPSS V.25. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the impact of Covid-19 did not have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction using Kir test services, obtained t count 0.490 > t table 1.984, health protocols had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction using Kir test services, obtained t count 2.111 > t table 1.984, facilities have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction of users of Kir's test services, obtained t count 3.137 > t table 1.984, then H1 is rejected and H2, H3 is accepted.
