Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the analysis of service quality, facilities and security on the satisfaction of fishermen at the Prigi Archipelago Fishing Port. The data was collected with a sample of 130, through the method of observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.20 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated: The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service Quality, Facilities, and Security partially affect fishermen's satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following equation: Y = 5.119 + 0.459X1 + 0.274X2 + 0.252X3 + e Where the variables of Fisherman Satisfaction (Y), Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2) and Security (X3) were tested using the t test, showing that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on fishermen's satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.524 shows that 52.4 percent of the fishermen's satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 47.6 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: Service Quality, Facilities, and Security
