Abstract
A work accident is an unwanted and unforeseen event that can cause fatalities, a sudden unwanted event that results in death, injury, property damage or loss of time. Because there is a cause, the cause of the accident must be investigated and found, so that in the future, with corrective actions aimed at that cause and with further preventive measures, accidents can be prevented and similar accidents do not recur. Based on the background of the problem, among others, the causes of accidents at sea so that it requires the National SAR Agency agency, tecnik and rescue techniques for accident victims as well as search and rescue operations for victims of accidents at sea. The purpose of this paper is to find out the teknik and rescue techniques for victims of accidents at sea in the marine world. therefore the authors conducted observation interviews and data documentation during practice in. National SAR Agency (BASARNAS). In this paper, it can be concluded that the causes of accidents at sea and the methods of searching for victims and operations to teknik for victims of accidents at sea are carried out by the National SAR Agency. And it is suggested that there is a need for socialization about care, knowledge, and action and it is hoped that preparedness training should be carried out and can produce skilled and alert human resources in terms of rescuers.
