Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the problems faced by every organization of a company, because Human Resources has an important role either as individuals or groups within the organization, and human resources is also one of the main drivers for the smooth running of business activities even advanced the resignation of a company or organization is determined by the presence of the Human Resources (HR). For that every company needs to consider and regulate the presence of employees as a good effort to improve performance. If an individual within the company that is the Human Resources (HR) to be effective, the company countinues to run effectively. Formulation of the problem and the hypothesis in this study was to analyze the effect either individual independently or simultaneously between motivationvariablework, leadership. Work environment and compensation to the dependent variable employee performance. The results of analysis by using SPSS version 22, the result of multiple linear regression equation. Y = 0,332 + 0,391 X1 + 0,212 X2 + 0,202 X3 + 0,186 X4 + µ The results of multiple linear regression equation showed that partially there is a significant and positive influence. Taken together (simultaneously) positive and significant impact on employee performance, which is indicanted by a value (34.444 F count > F table 2.50) at the significance level of 0.05. Coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) of 0.653, simultaneously Variable Motivation Work, Leadership, Work Enviroment and influential Compensation 65.3% against and 34.7% Employee Performance Variables affected by undetected this study.
