Abstract

This paper is motivated by the development of needs and technological developments in Indonesia. In this case, PT. Nugraha Samudra Sejahtera supports the needs of the population by improving the quality of its ship agency services.This paper uses qualitative research methods that aim to obtain research results through sources directly with instruments from the researchers themselves. Interview, Observation, Decision Document Study. From this method can help improve this paper smoothly and well.The results of this paper are the Clearance In Service and Clearance Out. TB. Anugerah 2 BG. Armada Kaltim 3002 in PT. Nugraha Samudra Sejahtera Samarinda Kalimantan Timur. This is because the documents made by the company are not in accordance with their place, so that they have the potential to produce tucked documents.
