Abstract

Companies are more responsive to make their choices, therefore PT. Pelindo III Tenau Kupang Branch responds to the existing competition due to the development of science and technology. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of employee performance, facilities, and services on the satisfaction of container terminal service users. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 service users. This study uses a census, that is, all populations are studied, so the sample taken is 100 respondents. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Quality of Employee Performance, Facilities, and Services on Service User Satisfaction. This research was conducted on users of Container Terminal services at PT. Pelindo III Tenau Kupang Branch as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.24 program. Based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the following equations are produced : Y = 0,733 + 0,333X1 + 0,385X2 + 0,203X3 + µ Where the variables of Employee Performance Quality (X1), Facilities (X2), Service (X3) and Service User Satisfaction (Y) were tested using the t test showing that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on Service User Satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.561 indicates that 56,1 percent of the Service User Satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 43,9 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.
